• Exhibitor & Sponsorship Application (pdf) - All Community Groups, Commercial Exhibitors, Food Vendors, and Sponsors must complete this form.
• Press Kit (pdf) - Photos & detailed information about last year’s programming. This document gives you a good idea of what to expect at the VegFest.
• City of Worcester Food Permit (pdf) - all prepared-food vendors must submit this and a $55 fee to the city. VegWorcester does not pay for the food permit.
