There quite a few places in Worcester to get yummy vegan treats. There’s even an all-vegan bakery. No matter where you are in town, you’re only a few minutes from a local bakery or coffee shop where you can get a tasty vegan cupcake or a soft egg-free cookie.

Barely Legal Treats is Worcester’s all-vegan bakery. A local favorite. It provides fresh-baked organic and fair trade goods to a number of businesses in town. Call to place an order for custom cakes, specialty items or to cater events. From a product list with over 30 vegan items, you can order cupcakes, cookies, cakes, scones, muffins, brownies, and so on. Call to request a product list. The Q Cafe

Artichoke Food Cooperative

The Artichoke Food Coop is a small grocery that offers a good selection of organic and local foods. The Artichoke has a very good selection of fresh baked vegan cupcakes and cookies. At least 3 varieties of both. Here’s a tip: go on Tuesday mornings at 10am for the most fresh cupcakes. A local favorite for vegan baked goods. Free coffee on Thursdays.
