A good sign
Saw the sign below today. There are plenty of veg-friendly restaurants in the city–it’s fantastic to see non-veg places trumpet a “vegan menu.”

Time to plan Vegan Outreach leafleting
During the first semester of 2007, Worcester vegans handed out more than 1,000 Vegan Outreach leaflets on local college campuses. It was time well-spent, both because of the many positive comments we received and because if only 1% of those students make a change in diet, thousands of animals will be spared needless suffering.
It’s time to plan a leafleting schedule for the current semester. If you want to get involved, e-mail pieandcoffee@gmail.com. Our goal is to hand out more than 2,000 leaflets.
