Just looking the above photo would led one to believe that scones in tray are the vegan scones that Starbuck’s sells.
Couldn’t be further from the truth. They are in fact a rather rustic looking, slightly mounded, roundish fruit cakey kind of ‘pastry’ that I am regularly teased about eating because they are organic, whole-grain, with no added sugar or frosting.
Very tasty indeed when gently warmed.
