Today we hit 1000 fans on our facebook page. Heck yeah!
With the 2012 VegFest coming up on April 15, our facebook page is a great way to stay up-to-date on developments. Yeah, we’ll post the big news here on this blog, but there are always small updates that are exciting but Manda I don’t always write a whole blog post about it. So check the fb and you’ll stay in the loop.

I hope as vegetarians we cannot continue to support Facebook and its founder in his decision to kill all his own meat.

P.S. It has not made him a vegetarian. Stop wasting your time on Facebook.
Is killing animals yourself any worse than paying a grocery store or restaurant to do the killing for you? I think if meat-eaters needed to personally kill the animals who they eat as burgers and chicken nuggets, we’d have far fewer people willing to eat meat.
