Forks Over Knives Screening in Worcester on December 5 [Event]

The Worcester Airport Church is holding a free showing of Forks Over Knives on December 5 at 6:30pm. They will also have a vegan potluck. For more info, call (508) 243 1289
When Forks Over Knives came out, VegWorcester took a field trip to see it in the theaters. We were all so impressed with it that we decided to hold a showing in Worcester at some point, but haven’t had the chance yet. So it was a pleasant surprise to hear that there is already one planned by a church group. Exciting!
What do critics think?
After watching Forks Over Knives, Robert Ebert said in no uncertain terms that everyone ought to go vegan. The Boston Globe also gave the movie a positive review, even though there was one line about whether or not you could get enough protein on a vegan diet.
