The Burnside Fountain Valentine’s Pop Up (event)

The local Worcester chefs who brought you the creative Vegan Harvest Pop-Up this past November are at it again! The enigmatic team newly dubbed “The Burnside Fountain” has announced their next flavorful pop-up event, a “3-course vegan menu fusing classic American comfort food with exotic Asian flavors.” The pre-Valentines Day celebration event will take place on Sunday, February 13th at 6:30PM and the location will be announced to ticket-holders.
Hosts of the dinner invite you to enjoy fine-dining, music and friends, saying “This event will surely be the best way to prove to your Valentine (or platonic friend-type) that you are in the know about things in Worcester, a person of fine tastes and discretion. Hands down, this will be the classiest way vegan people of distinction could possibly spend the night before Valentine’s Day.”
The (tentative) vegan pop-up menu:
- Philly spring rolls and spring green mache
- Southern-baked chicken and wasabi-infused potatoes with brown miso gravy
- Raspberry mochi and Thai peanut sauce
