Cooks for Compassion Raising Money in Florence, Mass for Farm Sanctuary

Listen up! Sheryl and others from Cooks for Compassion are organizing a gourmet vegan dinner in Florence, MA this weekend to benefit the fine folks at Farm Sanctuary. It’s on Sunday, October 25, starting at 7pm. Sounds like it’ll be a great event. It’s about an hour’s drive from Worcester, but it may be worth the trip. They have some really stellar chefs in their group, so the food will certainly be wonderful. If you plan on going, register on their website right now. They have limited room.

Hi VegWorcester folks,
I have very exciting news for you! A vegan charity group called Cooks for Compassion has recently been formed in Amherst. Our kickoff event will be a vegan charity dinner for Farm Sanctuary on October 25th at the Cafe Evolution in Florence, MA. Dinner will start at 7pm. All proceeds from this event will be going to Farm Sanctuary in NY.
This will be a wonderful community event that will bring together like-minded people while helping a great cause. Tickets will start at $25.
Alice Cherng, the group’s founder, is a professional vegan chef. So get ready for some fabulous food. There will also be live music and a raffle.
