Red Lentil Opens in Watertown, MA [Another New Veg Restaurant]

Lots of good restaurant news this week.
Even though TJ’s is closed, Allston will soon have vegan pizza again, in Worcester Veggie Corner has been open for a few weeks, and now a new veg restaurant is open in Watertown, MA. Red Lentil opened last week on September 4 and will be open 7 days a week. It isn’t entirely vegan, but it’s all veg and the menu looks great. They have a couple of dishes that contain dairy or eggs, but I’m sure you can ask for them to leave that goopy gunk off your lunch.
The Red Lentil website has all three of their menus are online: brunch, lunch, dinner. The Sunday brunch menu looks the best to me. Scrambled tofu, veg chicken strips, and vegan french toast. What more could you ask for?
